Objective of the project: Providing accommodation and event venues in a well-kept forest environment, with sports facilities, sophisticated recreation and family-friendly rest. Excellent hunting and hiking opportunities near Lake Velence.<\/p>\n

Facilities: wellness (indoor pool, Finnish sauna, steam room, infrared sauna, fitness, sunbathing), outdoor swimming pool.<\/p>\n

Sports: indoor and outdoor tennis courts, mini-football, handball, basketball, squash, hiking, forest walks.<\/p>\n

Total costs: 2.593.701.460 HUF<\/p>\n

Project Completion Date: 30th Dec. 2023<\/p>\n

Presentation of the project: Complete renovation of the existing buildings of Hotel Lovasber\u00e9ny, transition to geothermal and renewable energy supply. Renewal of 70 existing accommodations and creation of 42 new ones.<\/p>\n

Renovation of the kitchen, the event hall and access roads.<\/p>\n

Establishment of a wellness centre, an indoor tennis hall and an outdoor tennis court. Construction of a new squash court, a modern children’s playground and a multifunctional sports ground.<\/p>\n

Establishing a hunting centre, creating safe hunting opportunities.<\/p>\n

For outdoor programs and group events construction of bacon roasting place, barbecue,
\nas well as indoor entertainment facilities.<\/p>\n
